Smaller Update v0.7.1 - New Character

So my son has been eager to play updates and I had a day off from work today to work on this. So here is a smaller update with some new features and bug fixes.

v0.7.1 changelog

• - fixed health bar not updating from meta upgrades
• - added Paladin character
• - added Holy Smite weapon
• - fixed Aura and Orb damage upgrades
• - adding missing default player hurt sound
• - added attack animation support for mobs
• - lowered rat warriors damage a bit
• - tweak Axe a bit (WIP)
